Consumer Narrative
The issue has been ongoing since XX/XX/XXXX. There was XXXX negative items showing on my credit report that were fraudulent and I had no knowledge of the creditor on my credit report. 1. Vance & Huffman LLC $ XXXX Collection Agency _ original debtor ( XXXX XXXX ) 2. Vance & Huffman LLC $ XXXX XXXX _ original debtor ( XXXX XXXX ) 3. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX original debtor ( XXXX ) I contacted XXXX, XXXX and XXXX and file a dispute with them around XX/XX/XXXX. They all conducted investigations, XXXX and XXXX cleared the item from my account, however XXXX did not, XXXX state that the creditor meet FCA guideline, which was odd as the other to agency did not feel that they did, so I begin to investigate on my own around XX/XX/XXXX and find out that. 1. Both the Vance & Huffman collection were from a company call XXXX XXXX, I phone XXXX XXXX and was able to determine that someone used my information to obtain furniture, but the original application didn't had my correct social security number, XXXX use the a copy of licenses the perpetrators had given them at the time of application to gain my information ; I also found out the debt was over 7 year old. but the Collection agency is reporting as this debt occurred in XXXX. I contacted XXXX with the information I had obtain and they still refused to remove the item stating that there investigate result state that the credit meets the FCA guideline. 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX, was contacted by me on XX/XX/XXXX, they were not able to give me information on the outstanding item because they said my information I gave them did not match there record, they also have report the item as being initiated in XXXX and XXXX bank has confirmed the item was older than XXXX but could not talk to me further because my information only partial matches their information in the file. Since the remove of this item from my XXXX report, XXXX XXXX XXXX has once again place the negative item on the XXXX and XXXX report. No one want to talk with me because they say my information doesn't match what on their file, however they are placing a negative item on my file, how is this possible if they don't match accordingly to the third party collection agency.
