On XX/XX/XXXX, I paid {$80.00} for the same service for my spouse ( historical rent payment report for previous 24 months and ongoing monthly rent payments ). As of XX/XX/XXXX this has not been completed as promised. Monthly rent payments have not been reported for several months and there is a complete and total absence of any information - including the historical 24 months of rent payment- on any of my spouse 's credit reports.
