I have an existing auto loan through Bridgecrest LLC who finances on behalf of XXXX. I began the process of refinancing with XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. Bridgecrest charges daily interest and they have failed to send a copy of the title to XXXX XXXX despite repeated phone calls I have made and caused to be made regarding this issue. I have sent the new financier everything they need and thats all theyre waiting on, approval is subject to expiration by XX/XX/XXXX. Im being told that Im past due and in collections regarding the loan, which would not be the case had they honored my request in the first place so theyre now reporting a past due status and jeopardizing my ability to refinance entirely all to charge daily interest on the loan by delaying. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX They Disconnected as I waited on hold. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX They Disconnected as I waited on hold. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX ( 18 Minutes, ) was told theyd send a copy of the title to the new financier. Prior to these calls, I called XXXX customer service department to procure copy of the title and they reached out to their lender as proxy. I was sent a copy of the title of another persons vehicle divulging their personal information and not mine, further delaying. The new financier has reached out on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX, they called Bridgecrest and sent me this message : the rep I spoke with on the XXXX submitted the request then. Not sure what happened to your requests but it should be here tomorrow. This morning, XX/XX/XXXX, I received an email from XXXX XXXX saying, Hi XXXX, If you get the title please send it over today. Once we have it we can go ahead and re-pull the credit to proceed. So Ill take another credit inquiry hit! Attached, please find the documents and personal information they sent me instead of the documents that pertained to my vehicle loan. Theyve disclosed someone elses protected information to me negligently.
