US Auto Sales is attempting to collect a debt in which they have not provided proof validating the alleged debt pursuant to 15 USC 1692 gXXXX Letter was received via certified mail on the XXXX of XXXX and signed by XXXX XXXX and the 30 day time frame has expired. Still no correspondence. I also requested them to cease and desist all communications but have received emails as well as spoke with their agents who have still continued to take money from me after I told them to cease and desist all communication. XX/XX/2022 spoke with agent XXXX, not sure if her name is spelled correctly. When I asked her to verify how to spell her name, she hung up on me. Called right back and spoke with XXXX, who took a payment of {$47.00}. XX/XX/2022 spoke with XXXX who did not take a payment but had to send a code to my vehicle for me to be able to drive it after I requested it be taken off of my vehicle while this investigation is going on. Then on XX/XX/2022, spoke with XXXX XXXX who took a {$20.00} payment from me.
