On XXXX XXXX I purchased some windows from XXXX XXXX I paid them XXXX with my capitalone create card after about three weeks I called XXXX XXXX and told them I wanted to cancel my order they informed me that it was to late because I had signed the contract that said I only had three days to cancel so I called capitalone and filed a dispute at that time capitalone put the XXXX back in my account but they removed it in XXXX XXXX was told the dispute was going to close in the XXXX XXXX favor XXXX XXXX XXXX where having problems with there suppliers and knew that they wasn't going to provide me my windows when I had paid for them and has of XX/XX/2022 not anyone from XXXX XXXX XXXX have tried to contact me every time call know one is there I don't think it's right for capitalone should still charge me for something I have never received.
