This is a notice sent to you because you have violated my federally protected consumer rights, beginning with my right to privacy, which you have failed to respect as your grave responsibility as a consumer reporting agency as a result of my creditworthiness. Credit capacity and character reputation have been severely harmed, resulting in emotional distress, marital instability, and financial losses. You are also in violation of 18 USC 1028a, aggravated identity theft, by furnishing a consumer report containing specific factual nonpublic private information without my written consent ; and 15 USC 1681b ( a ) by furnishing a consumer report containing specific factual nonpublic private personal identification information without my written consent ( XXXX ). According to 15 USC 1681c, a consumer agency must block the reporting of information in a consumer 's file that the consumer identifies as information resulting from an alleged identity theft no later than four business days after the date of receipt by such agency ( XXXX ). You were not provided any written instructions about furnishing items on my consumer report, which is a violation of 15 US C 1681b ( XXXX ), which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only under the following circumstances and no others : in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. Please block this information from my credit report, pursuant to section XXXX of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and send the required notifications to all furnishers of this information. ( Ive already submitted an Identity theft report to the FTC )
