I did a Mortage Assistance application after being denied 3x for forbearance because they said I exhausted my time when I used it during COVID-19 being laid off in XXXX. I'm currently unemployed and did the mortgage application on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX. I have sent the requested documents to the email they gave and no avail and have been calling over a dozen times to get information. I keep on being told different information and not allowed to speak to someone in loss mitigation that potentially can help me. I have sent the requested documents several times and keep getting conflicting information including they have not received anything. I'm only asking for 2-3 months to get caught up as I start back to work f/t next week. The communication is horrible I have to verify and keep telling customer service reps that are clueless and have to repeat my story over and over like already over 50 times. This is very aggravating, stressful, and can't even sleep. I need help!!! And now all of a sudden after speaking with someone I can't access my account online. It's blocked. They won't even email or call.
