Experian removed my XXXX XXXX credit card account from my credit report even though my credit card account is still active towards the end of XXXX of 2021. I have called both companies experian and XXXX XXXX and they keep giving me the run around blaming each other noone will give me a straight answer. XXXX XXXX customer service says that their still reporting to experian but yet when I talked to experian customer service their saying XXXX XXXX told them to remove it but when I stated that to XXXX XXXX customer service they stated they never did that. I wrote a letter to experian also which I will attach along with other documents of prove. Hope you can help Thank you
