Consumer Narrative
Person made a post on XXXX selling car parts on XX/XX/21. I proceeded to buy car part from this person for {$1000.00} thru XXXX and my bank Capital One. Found out next day XX/XX/21 it was a scam, I immediately contacted XXXX and Captial One about the fraud/scam. Both companies said they could not help get my money back and refuse to help which I'd think I'd be protected against fraud from my own bank, but was not.
