On XX/XX/XXXX the company Medicredit contacted me about an alleged debt. I responded on XXXX XXXX asking for debt validation. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent my second response to Medicredit as I only received a medical bill, which does not constitute debt validation. XX/XX/XXXX, I received a total of 6-8 letters with varying amounts due and varying account numbers from Medicredit. Some were duplicate amounts with different account numbers and some had different account numbers with same amts due. I responded to Medicredit on XX/XX/XXXX, again, asking for debt validation, specifically something that bares my signature. As of today, XX/XX/XXXX, I received a notice from XXXX that Medicredit has filed the collection on my credit file. This is highly illegal as I am still in the dunning period and they have yet to verify the debt belongs to me. All my communication to them has been sent certified, which I have receipts of as well as copies of ALL our communication which I have attached.
