I purchased a {$16.00} dollar item on my XXXX Credit card just because I had not used the card in a while. Comenity Bank handles the XXXX card. They did not send me an invoice, ever. But did charge {$35.00} late fees and report to the credit bureaus. I contacted XXXX. They understood the error. Later XXXX even sent me a letter of apology which I still have. Comenity, the thief in this event, has never cleared the bad credit mark they reported and may not have refunded all the false charges they hit me with. I've been busy enough it's hard to keep wasting time that should not need to be wasted. Comenity appears to be ruining company 's reputations by charging that company 's customers huge late fees which they earn by NOT sending invoices. I have bought thousands of XXXX products in the last ten years alone. But never again.
