Consumer Narrative

Hello, I have new information in regards to Equifax to follow federal law. I have sent multiple notices to Equifax making them aware of the many violations they have committed and yet they have continuously put their company policy in place of the FCRA. I never gave them permission to furnish anything on my report yet they say they do not need permission from my. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681b it clearly states that without a written express permission from the consumer it is unlawful to furnish anything on my report. The negative information has caused me to lose my job, lose my car, and doesn't allow me to properly extend my credit for credit cards, apartments, etc.
