I believe I am a victim of fraud. I used XXXX Docs to apply for loan forgiveness. I never received any confirmation nor did I receive any bills or payment notices. In XXXX I was trying to apply for a VA Mortgage Loan and was told that I owed {$16000.00} to a collection agency in regard to my student loans, and was denied a VA loan as a result. I contacted the collection company and asked for documentation to validate the debt. The documents they sent me were fraudulent. I never applied for a consolidated loan. I did not have any part in the documents and the information was incorrect, incomplete, and there was no signature, and no repayment plan selected. The email used on the documents was XXXX which clicked when I got a notification from the FTC stating that XXXX Docs had me listed as a client in their lawsuit for student loan scams! I sent this information to to collection agency demanding they remove it from my credit reports and found that they never reported to my credit? But that it is listed as two separate loans from Dept of Education one for $ XXXX and XXXX for $ XXXX. I disputed this with the credit bureaus and even sent them evidence of the fraudulent documents. Yet, now the accounts have been reinserted on my credit report as OPEN and DEROGATORY. I NEVER applied for a consolidated loan. I only applied for loan forgiveness since my school was shut down. In XXXX my military pay was taken and I was told it probably went to taxes owed. It wasn't until XXXX when I realized it was the deducted to pay this loan which is not mine!
