XX/XX/2020 I got a membership to XXXX store. I never got the credit card. I just found out that the card was sent back to XXXX because I moved. The place where I moved to do not have a close XXXX. I never had or used the XXXX card, According to XXXX all my correspondence was return back to them. They have the return mail documented in their system. I found out that I have late fees on my credit files because they charged me for automatic membership which I did not agree to when I open the account. I tried to get XXXX to remove the renewal fees from my account but they said they cant unless I have the card number which I NEVER GOT so as a result they will not remove the fee until I can give them an account number. The representative was from a foreign country and not understanding of what I told them about the card.
