Hello I am writing because I am having continuous issues with the three credit bureaus and my credit report. I have sent numerous letters to the credit bureaus and I have even submitted a few complaints with CFPB and I am now submitting this complaint again and a complaint with the XX/XX/XXXX. On Transunion, XXXX, and XXXX they're reporting portfolio recovery accounts that are in violation of 15usc 1681e-d. These companies like to get away with whatever they want. I have sent numerous letters to the credit bureaus and the only thing that portfolio will send me is a bill that is not validation of a debt. They have never provided the authorized agreement creating the debt which is required to collect on a debt 15usc 1692f. Therefore if there was no agreement in place between myself and XXXX recovery. That means I have no contractual agreement to pay them an alleged debt. I am also writing here because XXXX XXXX agreements is reporting an account as an installment account and it is a sales agreement please delete this account from my report immediately, thank you.
