There was a fraudulent account ( secured card ) opened with XXXX without my knowledge or authorization. XXXX has refused to investigate and when they said they have they refused to provide me with any information. I have never served in the military but yet the company cant explain how an account was opened in my name. They have no physical identification of mine just my social and name someone provided to commit fraud. I have recently noticed on my credit report the different data has be adjusted several times in the last few years. XXXX adjusts the delinquency and paid dates so the debt will report longer on my report. The whole account is fraudulent and XXXX couldnt provide me with any evidence that shows I opened that account.
