Dispute Case Number CapitalOne : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have subscribed to a XXXX Marketing Managed Service for my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX worth {$2800.00} it was an initial 3 months contract, where they were supposed to manage my store starting from testing XXXX products a month to a lot of listed services. They failed to provide me the service and they continued the subscription for free for some time, however, I was paying for all the operational expenses thinking it will get sorted, however, they were lazy and lack of strategies and I was losing money. I reported to CapitalOne. I have provided them communications, subscription details as given on his websites, including a Second Opinion where it clearly indicated that XXXX XXXX XXXX is at fault. According to CapitalOne Dispute Team Member : XXXX ( ID : XXXX ) XXXX is not looking into my dispute seriously nor reviewing my case properly and CapitalOne is just a middleman here. For the past couple of months, I have been running back and forth, I also shared communication where the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX literally threatened me to block me and made me a laughing stock that they are winning the case. I even contacted XXXX even they are just throwing me back to CapitalOne. I need your help so that my supporting documents are reviewed properly and I want my money back. If the merchant was willing to negotiate and change the account manager I would have worked with them or even coordinated a proper refund I do not have any problem, but here neither CapitalOne/XXXX gave the effort to review all my documents. They have a standard list of documents that may not be available in all cases. I need your help here to address this matter as a customer. I appreciate totally that CapitalOne accepted my dispute beyond the 90 day period but after taking the case, they are not even reviewing my case, they use some kind of AI technology to review my dispute for sure, or else this case is very strong in terms of pieces of evidence and supporting documents I have shared. I have never missed a single payment I always paid on time to CapitalOne, even the amount I am claiming was fully paid. I would not have claimed it if XXXX XXXX XXXX would have worked diligently as per the subscription that was agreed.
