In XXXX of 2021 XXXX XXXX started showing as past due on XXXX and Equifax. This account is used once a year and paid in full each time. I opened a dispute with both agencies. I also called XXXX XXXX who advised they did not report the account as past due at any time and that the account was always current and paid in full. The disputes concluded and the erroneous information removed from the report. In XXXX the same information came back and again was disputed with the same results, XXXX XXXX stating they didn't send it, ultimately dispute cleared the report. A year later now XXXX and the same ones are showing again. Called XXXX XXXX again and they indicate the account has never been past due and to file a dispute with the agencies and that the account was noted that there is an issue with the credit reporting agency reporting inaccurately. One time is an error, second time is a problem, third time is willfully mishandling the data. This gets reported and the score/report tanks XXXX points and then takes 30 days or more to address but shows instantly to the report only to be done so in error.
