Consumer Narrative

I have filed a complaint before through the CFPB and the case was closed due to the company 's response. With the news of this company being sued and some practices were deemed unlawful, this company is willing to forgive private student loan albeit some criteria are met. One of the criteria states the loan has had to be delinquent for 7 consecutive months before XX/XX/XXXX, with my bankruptcy being filed in XX/XX/XXXX and discharged in XX/XX/XXXX, does this qualify as I was unable to pay, however, the interest kept on capitalizing. Please advise.
