This is a complaint against XXXX. On several occasions I have contacted TransUnion requesting they remove outdated information from my credit report. The outdated information consists of late payments made on my student loans. As a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran my student loan debt was forgiven in 2014. It is my understanding that the subject information should have been removed seven years from date of my loan forgiveness. However, TransUnion has not yet removed the information from my credit report even though I have requested that they do so.My lates attempt to have this outdated information removed from my credit report was approximately three weeks ago. As of today, the subject information is still being reported by TransUnion. No other credit reporting agency is reporting this outdated information.
