Today XX/XX/2022 I contacted Midland Funding about a collection account on my credit reports. I do not believe this is my account. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there was not one available. All of sudden there was one available and he briefly spoke with me saying to the likes are you going to pay it or not and the best deal possible. He refused to answers my questions and frankly sent me back the consumer rep. They again attempted to get me to pay the debt. They did agree to open a dispute. This company is very rude, doesnt seem to fully understand the FDCA or the FCRA and frankly wont even obey by there own website promises. The CFBA has reached a massive legal agreement with them but that doesnt seem to change there behavior. They continue to carry on the same old ways and a complete disregard for the FDCA and FCRA.
