I have a credit history of 21 years. This month, I checked my credit score through XXXX and saw my score had dropped XXXX points, because my length of credit history was 5 years. I called XXXX, they told me they use Transunion scores. I called XXXX last week to explain, and was told it was being escalated and they would call me back. They did not call back, and there was no sign of it having been reported at all. I called Transunion today, to be told that - while XXXX says they use Transunion, there's no guarantee they aren't using outside third-party metrics bla bla bla - and, in short, there's nothing they can do, either. My XXXX and XXXX show the correct length of history. Why has XXXX/Transunion lost 16 years of credit, and why won't they fix it? I'm furious.
