I paid off my loan with XXXX Kashable in XXXX of 2021, however due to issues with our systems at my agency being hacked, and my govt ID needing to be reset, I was unable to stop my financial allotment. I mentioned this to XXXX Kashable and they were able to refund my allotment payments. On XXXX, I was able to gain access to the system and stop the allotment. I contacted XXXX Kashable and provided them this documentation, however despite this, they are holding my funds arbitrarily, and state they will not issue my refund ( s ) despite me fully paying off my loan and providing documentation that the allotment was stopped, and why there were issues with it.
