XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I have asked the company I C CREDIT SYSTEM to verify the medical collection on my XXXX credit report by providing a breakdown of fees including and and all collections costs and medical charges and provide a copy of my signature with the provider of service to release my medical information. I asked if a failure of a response in 30 days under the FDCPA and HIPPA collection laws all collection should be deleted. With dates posted above I filed disputes and it has been well over 30 days and have not been notified of investigation or results.
