Ny Indigo Credit Card was used to make an online purchase in XX/XX/2021. I immediately notified the card issuer and consequently my account, after a two week investigation by the card issuer, was credited for the unauthorized purchase. Two month later, the card issuer put the charge back on my account XXXXafter I paid the account off0. I received no notice and despite numerous phone calls to the card issuer I have been unable to ascertain why the charge was placed back on my account and I have been unable to gave the charge removed or received reasons why it is not being removed.
