This is related to Capital One and their horrendous customer service. I purchased a container of furniture for my business from XXXX using a money wire service called XXXX. The amount was {$10000.00}. The product was grossly misrepresented so I reached out to the manufacturer who refused to answer my questions about the product. He even kept eight of my chairs and didn't tell me they were on the container until I asked where they were. Long story short, I filed a claim with Capital One and they sent me an email saying the provisional credit was mine to keep and the dispute was now closed. But then two days later they send me another email and said they'd be removing the funds from my account. They didn't give me any documents or reasoning. How can they do that?! Bad business and unethical. I'm pissed.
