Consumer Narrative

My XXXX Credit Card which is managed by Comenity Bank was closed without warning. I was also not given any written notice of any kind. I have called their customer service twice on XXXX XX/XX/2022 at XXXX and XXXX pm. twice. Each agent I have spoken to would not provide any information and each one hung up on me when I requested a supervisor. I have either requested reopening of the account, an itemized explanation of why this account was closed and settlement of this debt for less than the amount.
