XXXX*THIS IS NOT A DUPLICATE COMPLAINT. *** I AM THE CONSUMER AND I KNOW MY RIGHTS 12 USC 5511 ( c ) ( 2 ). The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is to protect me from unfair deceptive or abusive practices from discrimination, 12 USC 5511 ( b ) And enforce actions of violations of Federal Consumer Financial Law. Consumer Collection Management Inc has violated the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. I sent XXXX XXXX XXXX a letter on XX/XX/2021 exercising my right to opt out from them disclosing my nonpublic personal information ( personally identifiable financial information ) to any and all nonaffiliated third parties. I never received a response back from this company and they are still disclosing my personally identifiable financial information to nonaffiliated third parties, consumer reporting agencies and resellers. I have attached the letter I sent them including my drivers license and proof of address, even though I am aware proof of identity and proof of address are not required for me to opt out of my nonpublic personal information from being disclosed to nonaffiliated third parties.
