Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX and no one is pressuring me to write this complaint. I have been reading up on the law quite a bit and I have found that Credit Solutions Corporation is still reporting to XXXX this alleged debt. Commission. I have written via certified mail and submitted a complaint via CFPB. According to 15 U.S.Code 1692g ( a ) 15 USC 1692g ( a ) 15 U.S.Code 1692g ( b ) 1692g ( b ) - If you dispute the debt in writing, they can not continue to report the debt until the dispute is over as the communication must stop. If not this is a violation. AFFIDAVIT Notice, it is a fact, on XXXX of 2021, and XX/XX/2021 I, the affiant, have sent a notice of dispute on the validity of this alleged debt to Credit Solutions Corpatrations During this time it is required for all debt collectors to cease all collection activity including any previous furnishing of the dispute information until the dispute is resolved. Affiant has proof in EXHIBIT A attached this debt collector not only did not remove the account, Credit Solutions Corporation did not report a notice of dispute. This is a direct violation of 15 U.S.Code.
