-PLEASE READ CLAIM IN FULL AND COMPLETELY DO NOT TAKE LIGHTLY -ALSO PLEASE VIEW ALL ATTACHMENTS I FULLY and I mean FULLY understand my rights as a consumer and willnot be stopping until I get what is due to me, I am not a person that is going to be blown off by these generic responses. So now I will be putting you all in litigation ( I have attached my attorney general complaint to show I am extremely serious ). This is my 3rd and final complaint on this issue I have tried to solve this with you all yet you are blowing me off. I am seeking monetary compensation for furnishing inaccurate things on my credit report. You all have closed my complaint saying because you have removed the things I am not due to any monetary compensation which is not true. You have broken the law by simply inserting the things on my credit report regardless if they were deleted or not. If you followed your procedures as the FDCPA insturcted you to do to obtain maximum accuracy the things would have never been there in the first place. So therefore you have broken the law if a crime is committed then a crime is committed those things on my consumer report were up there for many months before I got them removed. Which means you have hurt my ability to obtain credit during that time by having those things furnished on my report.. So this is my writing to let you all know now I will be filling suit against you in court and my attorney general has already been contacted. I will give you 15 days to respond before I go put my lawsuit in. I am also saving all of these cfpb complaints to use as exhibits in court I have attached my attorney general complaint already to let you all know that I am serious. As well as last responded CFPB complaint as well as my initial attachemts with my notarized affidavit, certified mail receipts, invoice and prior XXXX complaints.
