XXXX RE : Account Number : XXXX Claim ID : XXXX Dispute Type : Debit - Unauthorized Transaction Date Error Reported : XXXX Claim Amount : {$230.00} XX/XX/XXXX, my phone alerted me that three different transactions had been made with my card that I did not authorize. The merchant listed on the app was XXXX I tried to make a dispute on the app when I was able to and also called to make sure it has been done properly. I have never been on that website and I did not make three different transactions on it. Please reopen my case and investigate this situation.
