I used XXXX via Truist Bank with my business account on Saturday XX/XX/2022 to send {$170.00} to XXXX XXXX. More than 24 hours later, the transaction is still pending. I called Truist customer service twice on XX/XX/2022 at XXXX and again at XXXX. Both agents could not adequately and accurately verify my account. I requested a supervisor and the first agent XXXX said her supervisor refused to take the call as she didn't see it necessary. I asked for the supervisors name and XXXX stated the supervisor forbade her from releasing her name to me on a recorded call. I hung up and called back and got someone by the name of XXXX. I requested a supervisor and she too, stated, the supervisor refused to take the call unless i verified the account. However XXXX unsuccessfully verified the account and i no longer wanted to speak with her. I requested the supervisor again and she hung up the line.
