Closing the house found out. There is a lien on the house for {$55000.00}. We communicated with the lender says this account been inactive seen XXXX. Also I found 1099-c debt discharge of the amount of {$55000.00}. Lender want me to payout the 2nd loan plus interest and late fee that I have no knowledge of the 2nd loan. We sent all the document to the lender my bankruptcy and the 1099-c discharge. We been trying almost every another day to resolve this issue. My final day to close is Friday XX/XX/XXXX. I need help
