For example, due to COVID-19, all loans in forbearance, deferred to the end of the loan upon exiting forbearance, resuming regular payments, with all payments continuing to be current, under the CARES act should not cause this action as informed to me by the banks. I have asked the company to restore my credit score back to XXXX. This is yet to be done.
