Veterans United home loans states to the property of XXXX and XXXX XXXX that we are missing a payment, first they say we were missing XXXX payment now theyre saying were missing XXXX payment Info from my banking transactions how I pay my bills is still banking online one XXXX XXXX we have shown all the monies coming out the check it was sent when the check was cashed and I have sent them all the information and Ill they keep saying is we dont have enoughXXXX XXXX we received a mortgage and Home exemptions which is still not been applied to our account we have talked to several people at least every three weeks since XX/XX/2021 and Im still getting the same runaround where theyre not writing anything down and I have to keep going through the same process in the meantime it has destroyed my credit XXXX now my credit score is XXXX.
