This company have infringed my rights as a consumer and refuse to remove the inaccuracies on my consumer report. I have sent in multiple disputes stating violations and inaccuracies that's on my consumer report. They have refuse to give me proper validation I asked for. Took over 45 days to look into the problem and refuse to give me a clear answer and without the information i asked for, and ignored my rights as a consumer, ignored the laws of the FCRA. They have continuously ignored 15 USC 1681e ( b ), 15USC 1681a ( 2 ) ( B ), and 15USC1681b ( 2 ) ( 3 ) repeatedly. For them refusing to remove these inaccuracies on my consumer report makes them civilly liable, which is {$1000.00} for each violation they commit under 15 USC 1681n. I have been keeping a paper trail of everything I sent them and they received concerning the inaccuracies on my consumer report, so I have proof of their negligence, by them refusing the laws has hindered me from lots of things, and has cost me stress. I want those items removed immediately. This is unfair and unjust for me as a consumer, and they are not doing their job as a reporting and ensuring maximum accuracy. These items are not suppose to be on my report, and i want them removed.
