Consumer Narrative

I settled with the company XXXX XXXX in a court hearing in the amount of {$1500.00}. It was agreed upon that if the amount agreed ( 1500.00 ) would settle the debt in full ( original amount was {$3100.00} ) if payment was received within 30 days the civil case and account would be closed. Check was received by them in XX/XX/XXXX, cashed, and applied to my original balance.I fulfilled my part of the judges order however I received a paper in mail stating that I owed the other half of the original debt amount which was not agreed upon in the court
