I Applied with New Day USA home loan after they have been soliciting me for over a year with invites to apply for a VA Home Loan through their company. After Speaking with the representative of New Day USA home loans, I was told that the company have all types of programs that help XXXX veterans like myself get into a home any way that they can. As we were going through the questioning process, He asked about my spouse Social Security number and He assumed it was female. When I corrected him that my spouse was indeed a XXXX he let out a Loud Laugh while on the phone with me. He did not apologize and proceeded to ask me questions about my race, ethnicity and religion. After the questions he hung up and called me less than five minutes later Denying my application without an explanation. I feel as if he jumped to personal judgment based on me Being a XXXX XXXX XXXX and none of my accomplishments in my military career and within my life even mattered. He was Very enthusiastic at the beginning of the call until He learned I was a XXXX XXXX male.
