In regards to this bank XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/2021 a load agreement was made between opportune and I for the amount of XXXX $ plus interest. They said they would be mailing me a check. I made a payment early in hopes to repair my credit of {$23.00} on XX/XX/2021. I still haven't received a check in mail for this loan.. I haven't made another payment after that. I have made many calls to them. & talked to just about every person in every department of this bank to get this resolved. At first they keep telling me to Waite few more days ..I would Waite couple more weeks. & again no check in mail.so I called back..there was a file made where I have made so many calls and a file has been reported informing of my calls and that I haven't got any check in mail..i was told they would send another ..in XXXX..and again..no check in mail.. now they keep sending me texts saying I am past due and keep calling informing me of my late payment ..not only that my credit score has went DOWN XXXX points!!! Opportune has been able to tell that I have not cashed any check from them .because they stopped payment on the first 2 and said they would just send another. NOW they have my correct address because I have received letters in mail about my late payments due..but they can't seem to send the money. I don't want to pay for something I never received and what I started off trying to do to fix my credit score has made it 100 times worse.. I at one time even tried to opt out of the contract of this loan .to where they said that wasn't an option..nor was a direct deposit into my card account was either... PLEASE HELP!!
