I have contacted EQUIFAX several times over the phone and by mail trying to get them to remove an unauthorized account from my consumer report XXXX XXXX ending in # XXXX. I called Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Dates contacted XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX with no success. I have return receipts to prove that I have also tried contacting XXXX XXXX. I am a consumer and per Title 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) : In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I never received anything from Equifax asking for my consent regarding this alleged account to place it on my consumer report. Equifax has not been fair nor impartial for placing this alleged unauthorized account on my consumer report. In addition, my account was part of the Equifax Data Breach and I have filed a claim! I have spent way too much time reaching out to Equifax with no RESULTS! The adverse information prevented me from gaining new employment in these grave times during this pandemic. IT'S NOT FAIR. I am a single mother doing the best I can and you have no RIGHT to place this unauthorized information in my report. Furthermore, I want my ENTIRE Credit File pursuant to Title15 USC 1681g ( ANY and ALL information that has been reported on me ). If you can not provide a contract between Equifax and me the Consumer REMOVE XXXX XXXX! As I am in the process of seeking legal action. This must stop!
