Consumer Narrative

I received a prelegal notice from XXXX XXXX XXXX that I have a debt of at Comenity Capital Bank. They give me warning that if they do not hear from me or receive payment by this month, they will go to an attorney. For your information, I have never lent money to any bank. In addition, this pre-legal letter was the first mail I received from this bank. Therefore, it is obvious that my identity is stolen and used here. In this circumstances, I would like to request your help to stop this harassment.
