I originally had an auto loan for a XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX XXXX which was opened in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I totalled the XXXX and my insurer ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) received a 10 day payoff from XXXX XXXX due to the vehicle having been declared a total loss. XXXX received a payment via check in the amount of {$11000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. The attached paperwork that I received directly from XXXX XXXX shows the payoff was valid until XX/XX/XXXX. I also received a {$3500.00} payment from XXXX XXXX after they paid the lien holder as this is always the case if money is due after the lien is paid. I started looking at my 3 credit reports, XXXX failed to submit the correct payment of {$11000.00} they received from XXXX XXXX for the 10 day payoff XXXX provided to XXXX XXXX. After checking my reports, in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX reported that I was 30 days past due, XX/XX/XXXX I was 60 days past due, XX/XX/XXXX I was 90 days past due then in XXXX, XXXX charged off {$180.00}. How is it possible after a vehicle is declared a total loss to be XXXX days late after the lien holder has received payment in full and released the lien to the insurance company for that matter. This account still appears as a charge off as of XX/XX/XXXX. I have screenshots from each of the 3 creditors showing the inaccurate information that has been reported since XX/XX/XXXX. I also have my original sales contract, {$8000.00} down payment receipt as well as billing statements, and documents from XXXX XXXX that support this claim.
