Hello, I hope this message is received successfully. In reviewing my credit profile and saw inaccurate information regarding my student loan through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX University. The status is reporting late over 20 times. I find that strange since I don't recall being late at all. Prior to submitting this complaint, I have sent over 6 letters to the bureaus to have them send the proper validation of these alleged late payments. I have even requested bank statements to be provided to prove that the payments were indeed late. However, all bureaus have avoided me. This upsets me because my consumer rights are being violated! I have the right to dispute any misleading information. I saw a number of other inaccuracies as well. This inaccurate reporting goes against the FCRA Laws, does it not?
