NOTICE YOU BROKE THE LAW To : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/22, I XXXX XXXX a consumer checked my consumer report and notice that a collection account ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) was added to my consumer file claiming that consumer owes an alleged debt. As a result of this notice I am a victim of Identity Theft, or my identification or financial information has been used or transferred or has been alleged to have been used or transferred without my authority or without my consent. This is a violation under Federal law pursuant to 15 USC 1681g ( 11 ).
