Consumer Narrative
I requested a letter of validation of debt twice now and they have not sent it to me, it has been over 30 days and they claim to have sent it to me but the letters I got and saved only show the total amount owed not what I requested. I called the company and they are telling me they sent it when they have not. I requested a email and one was not sent. The When I was requesting the debt over the phone the woman kept trying to convince me to pay before getting that letter and almost refusing to provide it. This has been removed from my XXXX already as well due to meeting the FCRA requirments.
