After being harassed at a Wells Fargo location for not wearing a mask by police officer, I was forced to go to another location and I ended up leaving my card in the ATM machine! Then when I tried to get a replacement card they did not send it in the tone frame I requested! I asked him to send an expedited service so that I would get it immediately he said it would be here within XXXX business days which is way too long. Then he hung up in my face I tried to get a new representative to correct the error and they told me that I have to call back another day to have my card replaced. First due to the Wells Fargo error I cant get my card until Tuesday now and I was actually harassed by a police officer forcing me to wear a mask over my face just to go into a bank to get my own money!
