I am making my formal complaint bring light to the violations the three credit reporting agencies continue rack up dealing with the accuracy of my credit report. I have my full credit file I ordered recently and I see a erronmous amount of inaccuracies and fraudulent accounts. There is also previous addresses that are in no way associated with me at all. I started my journey to get this corrected by filing a police report and sending a affidavit to the 3 major credit reporting agencies Experian, XXXX, and XXXX. I realized I was a victim of identity theft when I started crazy calls about accounts that needed payment and I had no clue existed. Not only have the credit reporting agencies lied to me stating that the accounts or information is verified when per 15 USC 1692 ( g ) Validation of Debts the law clearly states validation comes directly from me a " person ''. I know its a money game and they get paid to put accounts just anywhere even when federal law says they have to gain my written consent per 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( b ) Furnishing A Consumer Report Without The Consent Of The Consumer.
