Hello there are accounts and inaccuracies on my credit report. I reviewed all 3 reports and when I noticed the issues I reached out to XXXX, Experian, and XXXX. I sent a total of XXXX letters letting them know of my request for correction and deletion. Not only have they not done this they continue to send me a computerized response of validation. I am the sole " person '' that can validate anything on my credit file per 15 USC 1692 ( g ). I am also the one who must give my written consent giving the credit reporting agencies authorization to furnish my credit report in the first place per 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 2 ) ( b ) Furnishing A Consumer Report Without The Consent Of The Consumer. The consumer law violations are overflowing at this moment and this is my last attempt before the courts are involved and my invoice for monetary payment is mailed. I am fully aware that NO court system provides any type of court filing of bankruptcy or record also. Where are you actually getting the record from and what authority do you have to give that information? I haven't even filed BANKRUPTCY but yet there's one on my credit file I have to fight to get off when law says I have the right to get anything off of my report.
