Hello. On XX/XX/2022, I purchased two products from XXXX for curbside pickup. One product was picked up but the other product was out of stock so it was cancelled. The one product that was picked up was returned in store due to poor quality. My bank named Chime had charged me again for the one product that was returned and refunded and then charged me again for the product cancelled. The transactions kept going from pending to settled within a matter of seconds right before my eyes and before the Chime bankers eyes while on the phone with him. He had disabled my card without my approval shortly after. I was charged for a full amount of {$150.00} when I have no products in hand from XXXX whatsoever. Chime has literally stolen my money since my account is frozen ( without approval ) and no pending transactions can be processed now.
