Events happened as follows in XX/XX/2021 I submitted my payment for my XXXX card as usual on time. My payment was not honored due to a bank error. Once I was notified by XXXX I paid the amount immediately with a representative over the phone I also sent XXXX card services the bank letter with the information that my payment was not honored due to an error from the bank that the funds were available. The representative from XXXX card services explained to me it was not an issue and the late payment would be corrected due to it being a bank error. XXXX credit card services is still reporting a late payment for XX/XX/2021, they never corrected the reporting.Here enclosed is attached copy of the banks letter.
